Reagan, also known as Tyler, is a bank robber created by Isaac Tessman and is a protagonist and antagonist in Hooligans.

Name origin[]
He choose his name based on U.S president Ronald Reagan, who he wears a rubber mask of.
Appearance[]
Reagan is of average height and has short, curly blond hair. Throughout the game he wears a white track jacket that progressively gets dirtier and darker throughout the game, symbolizing his slip into madness. His most prominent feature is his rubber Ronald Reagan mask.
Personality[]
Initially he appears to be a loser bully victim, but it is revealed that he has been insane the whole time because he watched his brothers get slaughtered in a bank robbery.

He is constantly bullied for no reason by the Hooligans, and this affects his already damaged
Abilities[]
He is not shown to possess any superhuman powers, but he is a skilled firearm user. He is also seen to be quite handy in a variety of fields, including mechanical engineering, medical, and more.
Trivia[]
- Reagan's backstory is a reference to the 1991 film Point Break. In that film, a group of president-themed bank robbers rob a bank, but are foiled when an off-duty cop uses his gun to disrupt them.
