Briarwood is a medieval-esque peasant village that appears as a sub-area in the Frightening Forest in Goop and Grex. It is the home of the Briarwood Villagers, the paranoid citizens of this little town.
When Goop and King Grex enter the town, the villagers capture the two after seeing Grex perform a spell and accuse the pair of being witches. The two are tied to a wooden pole and fed to a massive tree beast named Dreadwood that roams the forest.
