Brawl Super-Star Legends II is a platform brawler that is the sequel to Brawl Super-Star Legends and once again brings characters from many LegendGames Entertainment franchises together in a four-player battle royale.
Gameplay[]
Brawl Super-Star Legends II retains most of the same gameplay mechanics as its predecessor.
A new feature in the game is the addition of Combination Super Moves. Whenever players choose a character to battle with, they are able to select a support partner for their character. Whenever certain characters are teamed up, they will have access to an additional Super Level. Once Super Level 4 has been reached, the characters will be able to perform special cinematic Supers. However, not all characters have these special attacks with each other, and will instead utilize their teammate's Level 3 Super. Teammates replace Minions from the previous game.
The game now features a customization option that allows players to outfit their characters with a variety of items, such as damage-boosting wrist cuffs, speed-enhancing shoes, and even create their own custom outfit for their favorite character. In addition, some characters may change parts of their moveset, and even choose from alternate Super Moves.
Many of the characters in Brawl Super-Star Legends II are now unlockable, rather than being available from the start. If players have a save file of, or have obtained story-centric achievements in, Brawl Super-Star Legends, this will automatically unlock several veteran fighters in-game, as well as award the player extra in-game currency. A few characters, such as Lee and Allen, have updated appearances and movesets as well.

Male characters gain speed, but lose power in their attacks. Female characters lose speed, but gain power in their attacks. The effects last about 12 seconds.
