Baxter is the secondary protagonist of The Legacy of Mack and Baxter, a fictional game within Avatar City. He is a pet turtle owned by Mack. During the events of the game, he is pulled into an alternate universe where he is turned into a "Turcootle" (half-turtle, half-raccoon) and must help Mack to rescue Princess Avocado from the Shadow Baron, Raizon.
