Arcade Manager is a construction and management simulation video game developed by Outsider Entertainment and designed by Isaac Tessman. It places the player in the shoes of the owner of a arcade, and they must expand upon it, making enough money in the process and occasionally outdoing competing arcades.
The player starts out by drawing the shape of the building on a grid, then adding interior walls and doors where necessary. The player must also place at least one office, staff room, and bathroom. Once construction is done, you begin interior designing, which involves selecting wallpaper and flooring. Once that is done, you can begin running the arcade, hiring workers, and of course placing arcade machines and other games.
Most attractions can be edited and moved, as well as the amount needed to play them. Guests at the arcade have semi-realistic personalities and will react to games, food, cleanliness, and more in a sensible way.
There are some default arcades for you to choose from, which you can improve and edit to your liking.
